English grammar (my goal)

  I have my heart set on being a shepherd. My best friend works as a shepherd in the mountains. He told me there are beautiful landscapes and no pollution. It's a perfect place to live and work. There is no reason to hurry anywhere. You are your own boss. You feel like a free bird and you are isolated from civilization. I would like to join him. Therefore, I need to learn English and know how to help sick cattles. I've alredy graduatid vet college, so right now I need to finish learnig English and I will able fluantly get through to anybody when I cross different countries.
